How the mock works
7 case studies, 49 questions in 75 minutes. Seven case studies, each a short story about a driver and a day, with seven multiple choice questions on each, 49 in total, in 1 hour 15 minutes. GOV.UK gives the real test as 7 case studies with 5 to 10 questions each in the same time. We mark you against 75 percent. Check the current pass mark with the DVSA before you book, because they set it, not us.
The real part 2 test costs £23 and the pass mark is 40 out of 50, from the GOV.UK lorry and bus driver pages read on 24 September 2026. You book it on GOV.UK.
